Gigi d'Alessio was borned in 1967 the 24th of february in Naples, Italia. At four years old Gigi has his first contact with music when his dad offered him an accordion. Gigi started then to learn how to play this instrument with passion as a child game.
Once a reached a good level, he decided at twelve years old to register at the "Conservatoire de San Pietro in Magella di Napoli and received his grade at the age of 21 years old.

Very fast, Gigi entered the Record studios business of his city by working with many musicians, type setters, author.

In 1992, he released his first album "Lasciatemi Cantare". The good results of the sales and the enthusiasm of the fans always more led him to release a second album " Scivolando verso l'alto " which has been sold at 30 000 copys and achieves a real success by joining together 8.000 people for his first concert at the stadium San Paulo Palapartenope.

Author, type-setter, interpret, this accomplished artist will released hit until today. 11 albums (5 millions sales) always more and more acclamed by his fans.

From the Festival of SanRemo to his World Tour (2 millions spectators for his last Tour) Gigi d'Alessio became in few years the 2nd best Italian artist and can not help having an exceptionnal artistic carrier
