Although coming from Islands, Viktor Lazlo, her real name being Sonia Dronier, was borned to Lorient the 7th of october 1960. She got her pseudo from the famous movie Casablanca (Michael Curtiz, 1942). At the age of 11 years old she played in musical comedy then moved to belgium to study archaeology and art history. She aslo took danse and violin classes. She started her carrier in the show-biz by modeling especially for Chantal Thomas and Thierry Mugler.

Discovered by the producer Francis Deprick, she's doing her first steps with him in the music industry, recording Casanova for the OST of the movie from Jean-Pierre Mocky, A mort l'arbitre. In 1985, Viktor Lazlo released her first album "She" then a second opus two years later. She's doing a come back in 1990 with Club Désert followed by "Mes poissons délicieux (1991) and verso (1996). After several compilations, Viktor Lazlo is only coming back in 2002 with "Loin de paname", a superb album of famous songs (Sur ton épaule, Mon Amant de Saint Jean, Mon légionnaire...), especially distinguished by 3 fff Télérama.
